Monica brings nearly 20 years of experience leading from behind the scenes, connecting vision to execution, aligning teams, and creating clarity out of complexity. A proud Texas native, she has spent much of her career working with organizations across the state to strengthen strategy, operations, and governance.

As a former senior executive, she led enterprise-wide strategic and operational planning, built governance frameworks, revamped board engagement, and developed compensation systems that supported equity and growth. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy and systems, making sure bold ideas actually work on the ground.

At Houston-based Axiom Space, Monica played a pivotal role as SVP of Strategic Integration and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she led large-scale organizational restructuring, performance planning, and executive alignment across a rapidly scaling company. Known for her calm presence, honest perspective, and relentless focus on what matters most, Monica helps teams cut through noise and build momentum.
